  • We do not sell your data.
  • We share data only with trusted third-party providers (hosting, payment, support).
  • We may share if required by law or to protect legal rights.

  • Stored in secure cloud environments with access controls.
  • No system is 100% secure; you acknowledge inherent risks.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

  • Generated files retained up to 90 days.
  • Customer Data deleted within 30 days of termination unless legally required otherwise.

9. Cookies

VoicePrompts uses cookies on www.voiceprompts.ai so the site works and, if you choose, so we can understand how it is used. You can Accept all, Decline optional cookies, or pick categories in Preferences. We remember your choice for 12 months. Change it anytime via Cookie settings in the footer.

Essential
Always on. Needed for pages, forms, security, and storing your cookie choice. These are not used to build a marketing profile.

Analytics
Optional. Google Analytics (GA4) measures pages viewed, landing page, how you arrived (for example a search or campaign), device and browser, and actions such as Try Now or Book Demo. Approximate location may be included by Google as part of usage stats. This is not used to sell your data.

Functional
Optional. Lets us run extras such as embeds or a future chat widget. Nothing extra is loaded today unless we add those tools later, and only if you allow Functional cookies.

Marketing
Optional. Covers advertising cookies and visitor identification. We use RB2B to try to identify which company or person visited (name, role, LinkedIn when a match is available, primarily for US visitors) so our team can follow up. Ads or retargeting pixels added later will also only run if Marketing is allowed.

If you Decline, the site still works. We do not identify you with RB2B, and we do not keep a full analytics profile. Google may still receive a cookieless ping so overall traffic can be estimated. Turning a category off stops new cookies of that type; you can also clear cookies in your browser.
